Privacy statement for Incitu AS


1. Responsible for treatment
On behalf of Incitu AS, the General Manager is responsible for processing the company's processing of
personal information.

2. Personal information stored
We store the following personal information about our customers:
Information that is publicly available that is necessary to maintain the customer relationship,
including contact information belonging to contact persons at the customer. The information is stored in
customer register and accounts, as well as in the company's cloud-based customer archive.

3. Purpose of the treatment
We process the information by agreement with you in order to fulfill our obligations
with our customers and suppliers.

4. The basis for the treatment
Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement.
The basis for this treatment is Article 6 (b) of the Privacy Ordinance.

Disclosure of information to third parties
We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information to others
unless we are legally obligated to do so.

6. Deletion of personal data
Information we have received shall not be stored longer than what is necessary for
achievement of the purpose - ref. Privacy Ordinance Articles 16 to 19.

7. Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable law
regulations. Please note that you can request access to and relocation of your own
personal information, as well as require correction or deletion of information. It can be complained about
The Data Inspectorate on processing in violation of the rules.

8. Information security
We secure your personal information through both physical and virtual access and access control, as well
by encrypting sensitive parts of submitted information.
